My name is Katrina Simeck. I live in Vermont, although I'm originally a California girl. I'm married to Rob, and mom to Hope & Austin (15 y/o & 10 y/o). My "day job" is at a cosmetics manufacturer...I'm an account/project manager. I started scrapbooking shortly after my son was born, focusing on 8.5x11 pages, themed paper, and lots of stickers. I quickly became overwhelmed with the notion of getting caught up, and I put down my deco scissors for the next several years. I dusted off my supplies a few years ago, and then decided to jump into the publishing game in 2006. It's fair to say that I haven't looked back since! I began submitting in March 2006, and had my first page picked up shortly after. I've been published by Simple Scrapbooks, Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends (special issue), BHG Scrapbooks Etc, and Memory Makers. I've even tested the waters in digital...I have a layout in the Oct/Nov issue of Digital Scrapbooking Magazine. I am also honored to be a 2007 Memory Makers Master!
