NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscriptions to our kits may be purchased in 3, 6 and 12 month increments. When you purchase a new subscription, you will be charged at that time for your first kit. This is the current month’s kit, unless it is already sold out. Each month thereafter, your credit card will be auto-charged on the 1st day of the month. Subscriptions have previously been on auto-renew, but beginning in July 2007, your subscription will end at the end of your chosen term. You will receive email notification one month prior to your term’s completion date.

PAYPAL If you choose a subscription to be paid through Paypal, you will be invoiced each month for your kit. Invoices will be sent by the 25th of the month and must be paid on or before the 1st in order to receive the current month’s kit at the subscription rate. If the invoice is still unpaid on the 2nd of the month and there has been no contact from you, we will cancel the invoice and your kit will go into general inventory. One month will be added to your subscription term. Should you still wish to receive that kit, you will be charged at the single purchase rate.

UPDATING CREDIT CARDS/DECLINED CREDIT CARDS Should your credit card expire during your subscription term, you will need to provide us with your updated information BEFORE the expiration takes effect. If your card is reported lost or stolen, please notify us immediately and provide us with new credit card information. If your card is declined for any reason, we will send an email notice, and will make one additional attempt to charge your card. If we do not receive new credit card information or alternative payment, your kit will be placed into general inventory and should you still wish to receive that kit, you will be charged at the single purchase rate. Upon reinstatement of your subscription (if applicable) a $10 termination/reinstatement fee will be added to your first month’s payment.

SHIPPING Our kits will begin shipping around the 10th of the month. Our updated shipping rates as of June 1, 2007 are as follows: Domestic (US) Single Kit shipments: $6.50 Canadian shipments: $9.50.  International Single Kit shipments (other than Canada): $14.50. Domestic combined shipping rate is $8.95. International combined shipments start at $20.00. Actual shipping rates will apply if the shipping rate is more than $20.00 (USD).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Because we have no control over packages once they leave the US, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for lost international shipments. Customs forms on file at the post office are given as proof of mailing. Please allow extra time in transit for international shipments to reach their destination. Customs forms will be marked with the value paid for the package. We do not mark packages as "gift" or reduce the value stated on the customs forms.

SKIPPING/REFUNDS Effective July 1, 2007, we will no longer allow skips during membership terms. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances you would like us to consider, please let us know. No refunds or credits will be issued for kits already purchased and/or shipped unless it is determined to be an error on our part.  

CANCELLATIONS If you feel you need to cancel your subscription before the end of your term, a $25 early termination fee will apply. Cancellations must be received by the 25th of the current month in order to be accepted before the next monthly cycle.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/SUBSCRIPTIONS If you would like to purchase a kit or a subscription as a gift, simply fill in the recipient’s information in the “SHIP TO” section of the shopping cart. If you would like a gift card enclosed with the kit at shipment, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to include a card at no additional charge. Gift subscriptions may be paid monthly with credit card auto-charge or as a one-time payment if special arrangements are made. Please contact us for more information.
